I read and re-read the first edition of this “How to” I did exactly everything it said, and then I recommended it to all my grad school friends. Check out C&E news (thank goodness you can look online these days…), the Chronicle, etc. This publication explained the mystery of the cover letter, the research statement, and so much more.Primarily undergraduate institutions are a special breed – if you did not graduate from one…you need to learn all you can about them before entering the job market.
